I offer a complimentary "Meet & Greet" session to ensure the best care for you and your dog(s). Before that I'll complete a short assessment form over the phone with you.  This is to allow me to ensure  you and your dog(s) will be happy with me. and that I have enough expertise to give your petz the best care possible.

For your security & peace of mind, I will bring with me formal identification, proof of insurance and qualifications and a printed copy of the assessment form etc..

Should we both decide that I'm the best person to provide for your petz, We can proceed with a 4-week trial.

What you get

If we decide to proceed with a 4-week trial, rest assured in the knowledge that I will do my utmost to provide the best care possible for your pet.

I will wear a visible body-cam when out in public with your pet. This will only be used to record in instances of threat to me or your dog, or to capture behaviours (good & not so good) that your dog displays. All recordings will kept in strict accordance with UK data protection law, as is any personal information I may hold about you.

I will be vigilant about your dogs safety and-security at all times and do my utmost to protect them from physical and psychological harm whilst in my care. Should some unfortunate or unforeseen incident happen that results in your dog being injured, I will, with your permission, administer the appropriate first aid and transport your dog to the nearest emergency Vet.

I will give you a brief verbal report after every encounter with your pet to let you know if there is anything you need to be concerned about. If you have given permission for photos and/or videos of your dog to be used on social media, I will send a link for you to enjoy.

If I feel unable to provide the highest level of service possible, I will refer you on to someone more suitably qualified.
